Letter to the Editor: Sexuality After Laparoscopic-Assisted Davydov's Neovaginoplasty in Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser Syndrome

Using the established measure of Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI), the authors did not demonstrate a difference in the psychosexual outcomes between women with neovaginoplasty and the general population (FSFI score: 27.8 ± 1.4 vs. 27.3 ± 4.1), but rather reported on a slightly shorter vagina in operated patients as compared with those in the general population (8.6 ± 1.8 cm vs. 9.3 ± 2.6 cm).

      found similar FSFI results between a nonsurgical group with vaginal dilation and a surgical group, however, with a significantly shorter vagina in the former group (6.5 ± 2.04 cm vs. 8.1 ± 1.59 cm).
